The Recoginzance of Andrew Donnell of Ballynycrose in Lecall in the County of Downe, taken by vs, for the vse of the Commonwealth of England the 19th of May 1653 at Carrickfergus
The sayd Andrew acknowledgeth to be indebted vnto the Commonwealth of England, the sume of ffiftie pownds ster: to bee leavyed, of his body goods and lands as in such cases is vsuall _____ 50 li. ster
The Condicion of the sayd Recogizance, is that if the sayd Andrewe Donnell shall at all tymes within or after 4 dayes warneinge giuen him or left at his house or other place of abideing, appeare abefore such in authority requireing his appeareance aforesayde, to giue Evidence before such soe in powr, whether at a high Courte of Justic, Jaoyle deliuery, or otherwise, against Art alias Arthur o Neile, & Bryan alias Sir Bryan o Neil and not parte such Court or Judicature, without speciall licence, that then this Recog to bee voyd. otherwise to remayne in virtue & force in law
