The Examinatione & depositione of Walter Hutchisone of Brad Iland { } of the adge of 24 years or theirabowtes who beinge sworne saith, { } this 2d of May 1653
That their was a comone fame goeinge that James mc Clintoge sho{ } haue killed Patrick O Tolane and that vppon this fame this deponent { } perhaps haue saide soe, but whether he did or not soe say he doth not { } but for to say absolutelye that the said James killed him the said Patr { } denyeth itt, or that he saw him killed, or any kill him [ ] { } knew not the said Patrick dead nor a live & as touchinge Hugh O { } this deponent saw him in, within lowgh larne to see if theirby he might p{ } and it was reported that one Rorye Magee caled him out of the water { } he heard that he was slayne but by whom this deponent knoweth not &c walter { }
