Item how longe did they liue in his garison of Ardglos with theire weiues & Childerin & Catle with him did they not borne the sea wrake for kelp & were they not imployed therin by yow/
whey did yow giue order/ to kill all but Jenico/ Sauage/ what made yow saue him & kill all the rest/
Item did not yow fech these people from Newcastle to Ardglos/ were not yow in person the man with som of your soldiers that went to bringe them in/ had not yow 3 Cowes from them for promiseing to protect them/
Item did not yow protect Cormucke Maguier how longe was hee dwelling with you in Ardgles/ were not yow sending him with a boate to the Ile of Man. was not the said Cormucke murdered after wards by whome or by whose direcsions/
