<20:> Who being duely sworne & examined saith That he liveing in the Parish of Billy the first yeare of the Rebellion he often see James McColl Mc <A> Donnell, Gilduffe ô Cahan, Tirlagh oge ô Cahan Henry McHenry John Mortimer Marching to & fro in the Countrey with their Companies of ffoot after them, burneing the Corne & houses & murdring & killing the people the Brittish (that could escape) flying from them to Garrisons & holds And further he saith not
