Patrick O Dogherty baeing then examined
Saith that hee liued at Kinnarde at the baegining of this Rebellion, whear hee Remained till the Towne & Sir Phellomy O Neales house was burnt, & that hae had never baefore that (in tyme of the Rebellion) bin in Armagh hee alsoe deneythe that hee saw any man slayne, or drowned since this Rebellion; nor was euer soldier or forced to bee vpon any guard, or duty. And farther hee saith not./
