The Examinacion of Owen Magurane of Magherymorne in the Countie of Antrym husbandman aged 63 yeares or thereabouts being duely sworne & examined by virute of his oath deposeth & saith
That about seaven yeares now Last past hee was in Glynn in the Countie of Antryme & there being drinking in the house of Archibauld Sloane, where Ever <A> McMillan (now servant to Marshall Robert Clearke) was also drinkeing. hee this Examinante saith that hee then (amongst others discourses) heard Ever McMillan reporte to others that were in his Company that hee hadd stroken given Walter Magee a Blow on the Shoulder with an Ax, but whether hee dyed of that Stroake or noe, hee cannott depose:/ And further saith not
