Recognizance acknowledged to the vse of the Parliament of the Comon wealth of England by the seuerall persons vndernamed in the seuerall somes to there names Annext
Andro Aitton of Lebert younger bound in___________20 li.
John Peetter of Glenarme bound in_________________20 li.
John Brookes of the same bound in________________20 li.
The Condition whereof is that the seuerall aboue bounden persons shall make there p{erson}all appareance in the session howse in Cari{ck}fergus the first day of the next generall Asize or goale deliuery to be held for the Countie of Antrim & then and there persecute in forme & give Euidence against Donell grom McCallester and others and not to depart the Court without licence
