Who being sworne sayeth, that in the first yeare of the Rebellion, he was with his children and family in the Castle of Balligelly for shelter, their owne horses hauing not been ben secure for them to remayne in; That he this Examinat sent his sonnes Robert and Henty with their sister to the barne about three quarters of a mille distant to fetch some corne for their [ ] subsistence That they were sett upon by six horsemen who pursued after his children and ouer tooke Henry and Isabell, as it was related to him this Examinat afterwards by his sonne Robert and his daughter Isabell; And he heard by the report of the Countrey, that his sonne Henry, was hanged afterward ouer the bridge of Glenarme, by the Mackgills And that Bryan O Mullegan and John Brookes was off the company, that took his sonne Henry, and his daughter Isabell.
