This Deponent James Doudall of Edenderry Gentleman a in Kings County Gentleman sayth that aboute the first of Aprill 1642 a poore Englishman Liueinge att Clon[neufe] in the County of Kildare, haueinge Nurssed a Childe for Roger Moore of Ballynadson, one of the greatest Instruments for rayseinge this Rebellion) & goeinge to Masse with his whole family thought himselfe Safe Enough, but att the Saide tyme a Company of Rouges, Vnder the Command of Lyshagh Moore Collonell, second Brother of the Said Roger, Came to the Said Towne, & Murthered him, his Wife & Chilldren
