The examination of Edmund Relly Priest taken before us the 28th day of October 1641.
<D> The examinate saith that upon Munday or Twesda{y} Last being then in Edward Delawares house in the Highstreete in Dublin and in the presence of the said Edwar{d } Charles Kenshelagh Taylor being then there he heard the said Charles say that the Saturday morning before he had bin with my lord Magwire in a Taylors house in the Cookestreete having bin sent for thirthe{r} by the said Lo: Magwire. and that upon his ioining to him his the said Lo: Magwire had tould him <E> that his Life was in daunger & had desired him to help to convey him away and that thereupon this exam the said Charles answered him that if his lordship would concea{l} himself till five a clock in the aftern{oone} he would endeavour to con{v}ey him away in a womans apparell by the way of Colmans brooke.
