Memorandum that Mr Warren sending the abovenamed Mr William Kenedie for Examinacions according to the Lord Parsons his warrant annexed I deliuered vnto him the 30 examinacions abovemencioned None of which are gotten back againe: But Mr Nicholas Browne & Mr Molloy of the Kings-Bench tooke them from Mr Kennedy & would not redeliver them to mee
