The Examynacion of Edmond Byrne of CastleMartine in the Com of Kildare yeoman taken before me, the 4th day of 9ber 1641
<Z> Whoe saith, That, he was borne in the Com aforsaid And that he liued this last harvest with one Mr Eustace of CaltleMartin, And this Examynant further saith, that he Came to dublin thursday or Wednesday the 20th or 21 of 8ber last, And that the Occation of his Cominge then to Dublin was, to seeke a service, And further saith that the Night he Came to towne in the Eveneinge of the said day and lodged, for the 2 first Nights at an English mans house, in the Coome, <A> and then the said English man woulde not suffer him to lodge any longer (in his house) And therevppon he repayred to one, James Kellys house of Sct Kevins streete, where he remayned vntill he was apprehended, which was, before he did gett a service, And further saith not,
