The Examynacion of Breyan O Rely of Copper Alley dublin gent, taken before me the 6th of 9ber 1641.
<C> Whoe saith, That he hath beene a longe tyme acquainted with John Brady & Daniell Brady beinge all borne, in the Com, of Cavan And this Examynant further saith, that on friday the 22th day of 8ber last, the said John Brady Came, to Copper Alley aforesaid, where this Examynant now liueth a and desired that he would goe with with him the said John Brady to helpe him to buy a sworde, the which at that tyme he had neede of as he alledged to this Examynant, wherevppon this Examynant went with the said John Brady, to the shope of one Robertt Kardiffe <D> of Castlestreete Cuttler, And there they did Cheapen the a sworde but did not at buy any whilst this Examynant was with him And he further saith that he hath liued in Dublin these 12 or 13 yeares past, and that he did belonge to one Mr Bently a pursuant, And further saith that he did not knowe any thinge of the Consperacie Latelie discouered, vntill satturday the 23th of 8ber last that he sawe the Cittie gates shutt vpe, And further saith not
