The Examinacion of Teig Murcho of Kildarron{ }gent aged thirty yeares or thereabouts taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning Edmond Synnot of Oulort in the barrony of Ballaghkeen & County of wexford gent deceased vpon the Interrogatoryes annexed to the Comission of enquiry
<To the 1st Inter> The examinant deposeth that the said Edmond dwelt at Oulort in the barrony of and County aforesaid In the Irish quarters the first yeare & the remainder of the rebellyon and thence did not remoove himselfe into the english quarters as he might haue done as well as <e> William Sacheverells wife a protestant & nigh neighbour to the said Edmond Synnot did: The Deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent dwelt within or about a mile from the said Edmonds habitacion seauerall yeares of the said Rebellyon
<To the 2d Inter> Hee Cannot depose
<To the 3d & 4th> The deponent saith that he verily beleiues the said Edmond <f> did contribute his to the Irish levyes as his neighbour{s} did the first yeare of the rebellyon and since
<To the 5th Inter> The Deponent saith that he hath seen the said Edmond at sundry publicque meetings of the Irish held att Ballaghkeen in the said Barrony of Ballaghkeen & other places of thereof in the first yeare of the <g> Rebellyon and since: At which meetings the deponent saith that the Irish vsed to consulte of raysing Men for the Irish seruice or their owne preser u ation & for apploting money for their maintenance.
<To the 6th 7th & 8th> The examinant Cannot depose
<To the 9th Inter> The deponent saith that the said Edmond told the deponent that he was <h> a member of the County Councell in the first yeare of the warre or sometime since & acted as the rest of that Councell did And expected a sallary for his acting in that Imployment
<To the 10th Inter> The Deponent saith That the Deponent did see Christopher Synnot sonne to the said Edmond on horsebacke & in Armes as a trooper among other troopers of the Irish for sometime of the Rebellyon But the

Certaine time or vnder whose Comand or in what Capacity the said Christopher was the examinant knoweth not But the deponent is very confident the said Christopher had countenance And releife from his said father during his acting in the Irish seruice as aforesaid
