The examinacion of William ffrisby beinge in the said Barke and taken before mee the 29o Aprils 1642
<X> Hee Beinge dulie swoarne vppon the holy Euangeliste and exam{ined} saith, that on Thursday last past beinge the 28o this instan{t} the said Barke beinge vnder saile of Greenord bay in the mo{ } earlie espied 2 smale Boates of Wexford, makinge towards th{e} { } vppon which this examinant desired Leonard Sutton Master of th{e} said Barke to beare vpp to Sea, where vppon the said Master de{sired} conference with the said Boates to know the state of Contrey and there vppon the said boates, bare vpp and ouer tooke the said bar{ke} and Boarded serched and Rifled the said Barke, and think{ing} to haue gott Amunicion & of victualls, that the Lord Justises sho{uld} haue sente to the Relieffe of the Foarte of Doncannon, and to{oke} from this examinant some Letters that were sent by the Count{ess} of Ormond vnto the Lord Esmond the viscountess of Th{ } and others
