The Examinacion of Donnogh Kego of St Francis street Dublin gent taken before me us Sir Richard Bolton knight Lord Chancellor of Ireland & Sir Gerrard Lowther knight Lord Chief Justice of his Maiesties Court of Common Pleas 9o 9bris 1641.
<N> This Examinant saith that he is seruant unto Thomas Little gent & hath lodged & dyeted in Tieg ô Connors howse about a yeere for the most part & that he was last night at supper with Connor mc Goghegan Brian ô Hara Brian ô Goghegan Donnogh ô Goghegan Donnogh Kego Dermott Cavenagh Morrice Cavenagh Daniell Horrogho one Bermingham & a Stabler that liues in St James his street And that he hath noe acquaintance with any of the parties aboue named saue Brian Goghegan & Brian ô Hara whom he had formerly seene in that <O> howse & that he had formerly seene Dermott Cavenagh in the said howse & further saith that after supper this Examinant left the Company & went to bedde in his owne Chamber & was in bedde when the Officers came into the Howse & then wa rose out of his bedde & was desired by the Good wife of the howse to goe along with those that were apprehended to see what became of them & that hee hath beene kept with them euer since.
