The Examination of William Dollerde taken before mee the xxxth day of December 1641 by direction of the right Honnorable the Lords Justices & Councell.
<X> Who beeing Examined saith that beeing in the house of one Richard Brughall of Clonsillagh about the midle of this present Month there came vnto the said house Mr Edward Brimingham of Colemyne & one Berte of Tullagh called Collonell Bert who there demaunded of the said Broughalls wife what the reason was why her <Y> Landlord Mr Luttrell of Luttrellston did not rise in Armes with the rest of the Countrie gentlemen And the woman makeing answeare that the said Luttrell her Master had reasons known vnto himselfe for his forbeareing that course; The said Brimingham & Bert replied that hee had better part with all hee was worth then doe as <Z> hee did by giveing vpp & restoreing the Kings Armes which hee once had in his handes And they further said that the said Mr Luttrell was now makeing Buttens for them feare & durst not doe as other men did which hee would repent him of.
