Adam Anne Marh of Castlecomer in the County of Kilkenny widow deposeth that she lost her husband by the hard vsage of the Rebells towardes him, Richard Marsh besides all that she was worth vizt in Cattle vij li., howshold goods & provision vij li. more about 4 weeks before Christmas last by Tho: Butler of Castle Comer whoe was cheef of the Robbers, and by Geo: Dernett (before of Smithstowne gent) now of Castlecomer John Gallahill of Castlecomer & his eldest sonne & ffaly Bradley of the same Jur 5o Apilis 1642 coram Ran Adams et Johe Sterne
