The Examinacion of Hen: King of Dublin gent being duly sworne and Examined before vs by vertue of a Comision to vs & others directed deposeth, as followeth vizt
<e> That vppon Sunday night last being in the house of Thomas Wallis in Thomascourt he this Examinant had some discourse with Patrick ffury gent whoe came to Dublin as a gard with Capten Hamilton by direccion from the state (as he himselfe alledged) in which discourse this examinant dranke a health to the confusion of the rebells, the which Mr Mr ffury did pledg, <f> & this examinant: did saye when he had soe drank the health, that the he the said ffury had drank his owne dampnacion, to which the said ffury made answere, that they had a Comission for what they did <g> from the kinge as they doe alledge and this Examinant saith that the said ffury did then say That God confound them a him or any other that would drawe his sword against the king and further this Examinant cannot depose
