The Examinacion of Patr: ffury late of ffosterstowne in the County of Meath gent being duly sworne & Exam: before vs: deposeth as followeth vizt
<h> That being in Company with one Mr Hen: King there was some words did passe betwixt them about drinking of a health and that he did pray God confound him & others that would drawe his sword against the king, And this Examinant did further saye (as he remembreth) that they had a Comission for what they did, from the king; as he hath hard diuers of them saye, but for his part he would neuer see any such Comission & further he cannot depose
