William Bushop Agent for the right reuerend father in god George by divine providence Lord Bishopp of Cloine the day deposeth, & vpon the holy Evangelist sayth That Con mc Brien mc Maghon in the lordship of Farney & County of Monoghan gentleman Owin ô Murphy and Patrick mc Laughlin mc Maghan both of the same gentleman by themselues or others by their direction and appointment (as it hath bin credibly reported and as this deponent verely beleeveth did on the xxiiijth day of October last or thereabouts, robb steale, & forceibly take and carry away from off certeine lands in the Lordship of ffarney aforesaid the respective goodes and chattells of the lord Bishop of Cloynes aforesaid, as followeth 3000 sheepe, 19 horses & Colts 38 Cowes 3 bulls 28 two yere old heffers & steeres 22 yere old bullocks & heffers 25 Calves, all being English breed, and well worth (as this deponent verely beleeveth at least One thowsand one hundred eighty pownds & fifteene shillinges ster, And alsoe deposeth that the said Con mc Brian mc Maghan Owen ô Murfy & Patrick mc Laughlin mc Maghan by themselves or others by their directions and apointment did about the foresaid tyme, robb steale, & forceibly take and carry awaie from the said land, Corne and hey of the said lord Bishops worth (as this deponent verely beleeveth 30 li. ster, And that the said Lord Bishop of Cloine by occasion of this rebellion hath susteined the losse of certeine Corne sowen in the grownd worth as this deponent verely beleeveth 40 li. ster, And alsoe the leas of the said land of ffarney which the said lord Bishop holdeth from thErle of Essex, worth as this deponent verely beleeveth One thowsand powndes

The Deponent alsoe saith That Phillip ô Rely & Hughe ô Rely both in the County of Cavan, by themselves or others by their direction and appointment as it hath bin credibly reported, and as this deponent verely beleeveth did on the xviijth day of November Last or thereabouts, by themselues or others by their direction and appointment, robb steale, and forceibly take and carry away from of Cushingston in the County of Meath the respective more goodes and Chattells of the lord Bishops of Cloine following vizt 20 Cowes and one Bull, 2 yere old bullocks 11 Calves, six oxen, 18 garrons one Colt one gelding English breed, Corne and hay in a hagard in Cushingstown aforesaid, As alsoe housholdstuff, butter & Cheese worth worth (as this deponent verely beleeveth in all CCxvij li. v s. ster. As alsoe the said Lord Bishop of Cloyne by occasion of this Rebellion hath susteined the Losse of Corne sowne in Cushingstoun aforesaid, worth as this deponent verely beleeveth 200 li. ster, & of other goodes, His whole losse being 3932 li.
The deponent alsoe saith that the lord Bishop of Cloine by occasion of this Rebellion hath susteined the losse of the proffit of a lease of Newton in the Countie of Lowth, which hee holdeth from mr Henry Garland of Milton for 3 liues & the proffitts of another leas of Abbostgrange in the said Counti e, which he holdeth from the right honorable Richard Bolton Lord Chancellor of this Kingdome of Ireland, there being 30 yeres or therabouts vnexpired thereof as this deponent verely beleeveth 6 5 0 li. ster
The said deponent further sayth That the said Lord Bishop of Cloyne hath alsoe by occasion of this Rebellion susteined the losse of the proffitt of a towne Land called and knowne by the name of Dromore breage L ying in the County of Downe in V lster being freehold, And of a parcell of Land alsoe in the said Countie being likewise freehold, called & knowne by the name of Carrickbrack, both worth as this deponent verely beleeueth CCClx li. sterThis deponent further sayth That by occasion of this Rebellion the said lord Bishop of Cloyne hath susteined the losse of xxiiij li. ster, which Rice ap Richard of the parrish of the N awle & Richard Jones of Cushington both of the County of Meath oweth vnto him the s aid Lord Bishop, for certeine Co rne sold vnto them by this deponent whoe are by occasion of this Rebellion stript and robbed of their estates And that the said lor d Bishop by the occasion afores a i d hath alsoe susteined the losse of CCxxx li. ster, which is due vnto him the said Lord Bishop by seuerall

by seuerall Bondes and specialties vnder the handes & seales of seuerall persons stript and robbed of their estates, The whole losse amounting to three thowsand nyne hundred thirtie two e Pownds ster, And five of the Lord Bishops children, and their mother and granmother goeing to sea from England to save their Lives, were there all drowned together.
