<d> Who being examined and sworne to so much as concerneth others confesse that they were both in the castle of Clongowes wood when the english army came before it on saturday last for feare of the army and were neuer in it before went in it that morning for feare of the army and were neuer in it before, and ffurther cannot answeare to any thing that is materiall
