John Luplow ffrenchman being examined before by me william Hilton one of the Barrons of the exchequer saith
<i:> That he lived with mr owgan at Rathcoffy and waited vppon him since Easter Last and during that tyme since did see Captayne Gilbert Tallbott and Captayne Thomas dongan with some of the walshes being all in actuall rebellion releeved with meat and drink by mr owgan and heard that there was five and ffify pounds of Powder in the Castle, butt whoe brought it thether or from whence it came he knoweth not
