The excamynation of Symon Willson Walter Aers of dublin yeoman, taken the 9th day of January 1652/53 before vs
The sayd examinant beeinge duly sworne & examyned saith that, about the 28th September (in the first yeer of the Rebbellyon, this examinant & and about 30 more, were drawen & Comanded out <A> of Marybrough in the Queenes County, to Reape some Corne that did belong to neer [ ] Church about 4 myles from Mary brough aforesaid Captain Hugh Huse was the Commander of the said 30 men, toge ther with his Leiutenant Will: Skelton; & this examinant sayth <B> that, one Hugh Conor, alias Hugh McDavid was one of the Rebbells partie & Commander of the Re b ells horses at the tyme afforesayd, & that the sayd Hugh with a great Number of horse & ffoote, besett the said men, & thene kild the sayd Capt ai n Hugh Huse, & about 7 or 8 more amongst
