<D> Captain Roger Nangle being duelie sworne & examined agreeth with the first deponent for the conueying of the pri warderers into the said Pettitt his house, the safe deliuerie of them vnto the said Captain Richard of whom they made choise for there protector, & whoe to the examinant his knowledg vndertooke the guarding of them & that this examinant & Captain Cormock fferrall weare in danger of there liues to saue the said warderers & further sayth not.
