The Examinacion of ffrancis Jeeues taken before me, the first day of ffebruary 1641 by direction from the right honorable the Lords Justices & Councell
Who beinge sworne and examined saith that this Exam{inant} being robbed of all he had, and sent Prisoner vnto Duleeke to Collonell Moore about a fortnight or three weekes before Christmas last, he there saw in consultacion with the said Colonell Moore and three other Colonells (whose names he knowes not) of the Irish Army which before lay before Drogheda, the severall Lords and gentlemen herevnder nominated, vizt the Lord of Gormanstowne, the Lord Neterfield, the Lord of Slaine, the Lord of Dunsany, the Lord of Lowth, the Lord of Evagh Mr Darcy of Platten, Mr Bath of Athcarne, Mr Dracod of Mornanstowne, Mr Dowdall of Munkestowne, Mr Dowdall of Brownstown, Mr Dowdall of Tymole or Gaulestowne, Mr Barnewall of Bremore, Mr Luke Neterfield, Mr Bellew of Stemine, Mr Bartholomew Moore of Gaulstowne, Mr Roger Moore called Collonell Moore, Mr Patricke Neterfield of Termonfeckin, & Mr James ffleming of Slehamocke, and that during the said Consultacion there being an Alarme that the fforces within Drogheda had then sallied out, the said Lords and Gentlemen brake vp their Consultacion and all of them cryed arm arme, and thereupon went un horse But { }
