John Waldron of Tiernan in the parrish of Vrney & County of Cavan gent saith, That in the begining of the Rebellion in Ireland & by occasion thereof he hath been & still is deprived & dispoiled of his owne proper goods & chattells worth three hundred Powndes, besides the benefite of his landes, He alsoe saith That he married the daughter of Richard Castledine Late off ffarnham aforesaid gent, In respect whereof the said Richard Castledine gave him all his estate by his Last will & testament which amounted to 2228 li. Of all which he was deprived by reason of the Rebellion aforesaid, & principally by the meanes of Phillip mc Hugh mc Shane รด Rely & the rest of the Rebells in that county
