The examjnacion of Corporall Andrew Harvy aged twenty seauen yeares or thereabouts taken the xvijth of ffebr 1652. before vs by order of the high Court of Justice
Who beeing duely sworne and examjned deposeth and saith, That hee heard it Generally reported in ffingall that Robert Boylan now prisoner was one of the Torries that was present at the [ ] murder comitted on Capten Blundell and others at the ffurrowes in the County of Dublin, Hee saith that hee beeing imployed in search of the Tories hee heard it generally reported and doth beleiue that the said Boyland had noe comand or were was vnder any comand at the tyme of the comittall of the said murder And further hee cannott depose
