Patrick Macquier off the warde in the County off Dublin Abought 30 yeers off age beeing sworne deposeth as followth
That in July 1650 [ Che ] Came soom Tories vnder the Comand off Mathew Smith & Rich: Stronge to Justice Donilons howse at the ffurrows in the County off Dublin, & Killed Capt George Charles Blundell & James Donellon eldest soonne to the said Justice Donelon & Will Donellon nephew off the said Justice, & John Tully John Cheevers & Richard Cooke his servants & stripped them, Leavnge theer Corps naked, Hee ffurther sayth that hee hard they left the said Justice Donellon for Dead [ ] Beeing wownded with a brace of Bulletts & A Stroke off the Head, hee further deposeth That theer wear present acting the said murther beesyd Mathew Smith & Rich Stronge patrick Kerikon Thady Ellis alias hely, James wade Rob: Boylon & others whome hee Remembreth not, his Cawse off Knolege is that hee beeing at Barbistowne within half A mile off the said ffurrows hee mett <the said> Stronge & Smith Kerikon wayd & Hely & Boylon & others that hee knew not Coming ffrom the said ffurrows, soone after they Had don the murther & that the said Boylon Rid vppon A Rone Horse which was the Horse off the said will Donellons Horse that was Killed, & the said Boylon asked this Deponant whether Justice Donelon had noe Better horse then this, & when hee mett the said Boylon hee was Beating the Horse Abought the Head with A per off Boots hee had in his hand which wear the Boots off soom off them that was Killed as hee Beeleeveth & ffurther Deposeth not
