The 16th of December 1652
Gyles Curran of chappell Isott in the Countie of Dublin husbandman did this day acknowledge himselfe before us, to be indepted unto the keepers of the liberties of the Comonwealth of England by the authority of Parliament in the full summe of twenty pounds ster to be levied of his goods Credits and Chattels,
The Condition of the aboue obligation is such that if the aboue bounden obligation Gyles Curran, shall appeare and attend at the next Cessions to be held for the Countie of Dublin to & shall giue evidence against John Talbott accused for the murder of Owen Hely, late miller of chappel Isott and not depart the sayd sessions without licence that then this obligation to be voyde &C
