James Buy ô Kirovans Examinacion before the Court.
James buy ô Kirovan one of the prisoners now at the barre being examined saith that Collonell Walter <A> Bagnall was at Laughlin bridge when Nicholas Pue was hangd and that this Examinant saw the said Bagnall at the tyme at Patrick Caffries house on this side the bridge of Laughlin, this examinant being then sent by the sergeant Teig ô Madelin to Collonell Bagnall to tell him that Elizabeth Roth would not suffer the said Pue to bee hanged in her house (which was a ruined house) and this examinant spoke to the said Collonell Bagnall who returned Comand that hee should bee hangd there And that Luke Birne & ffeagh mc Redmond wer present when this Examinant spoke to Collonell Bagnall and heard him answer as aforesaid. And further saith not.
