The further Examinacion of Richard mc Cody of the Graige in the County of Kilkenny gent taken before vs at Kilkenny the Twentith of october 1652.
The Examinant being duely sworne and Examined saith That he was at the Graige when John Stone and his wife and children and the rest of the English mentioned in his former Examinacion were taken away. That they were carryed over the Bridge at Graige in the night, as as he heard, but knoweth not by what order, only that they were taken away by James Butlers men according to as in his former Examinacion, Being demanded whether Walter Bagnall or Mr Edmund Butler were then at Tynnehench when the English were so taken away, he saith he cannot say whether they were there or not A [ ] nd And that he did not heare of of it nor inquire after it, nor doth know what time they or either of them came afterwards thither
