Ensigne Henry Leigh of the Citty of Dublin late seruant vnto Stephen Stephens Late of the said Citty gent doth in the behalfe of the said Stephen Stephens depose that he is verily perswaded in his Concience that the said Stephen sustained loses by Reason of this present Rebellion in Ireland as ffolloweth
Videlicet in debts due on some persons in Rebellion & other impoverished by the Rebbells and by that meanes growne desperate hea lost ____________________________ 600 li. 00 s. 00 d.
Item A Rent of 28 li. per annum, Cleere out of some lands in the Queenes <A> County sett to Thomas Hovendon Esquire nowe in Rebellion as I am informed for 31 yeares from may last for which he paid 216 li. Ready money and as yett Receiued noe penny profitt which losse I Count to be at least ___________________________________________________ 200: 00: 00
Item lost by his office & Imployment in the Common pleas which this deponent verily beleeueth to be worth per annum Communibus annis ___________________________ 300
Item 2 naggs taken away by the Rebbells from Lea in the Queenes County __ 12 00 00
Item for his damage of his houses in Kilmaynham & Rahenney in the County of Dublin_________________________________________________________ 20: 00: 00

And this deponent further deposeth that the said Stephen Stephens hath taken into his Care and Custody one June Iremonger daughter of Mr Thomas Ironmongers who was slaine by the Rebells and Robbed by the Rebbells in the County of Cavan
