George fiz Gearald of Sagginstowne in the County of Killdare Gent, doth acknowledg to owe to the keepers of the libbertyes of the Common welth of England, one hundred pounds ster, The Condition is that The sayd George shall apper at the next quarter sessyons to bee held for the said County (or at the next sittinge of the high Court of Justiss) in Dublin to procecute against Ambros Conor accused, & now in prison, for murder, & not departe without lycence, 1o xber 1652
