Thexamynation of Rose halgan of Punshens Grange neer Killdare, spinster taken the 1o december 1652 before mee Daniell Huchinson Esquire one of The Justisses of the peace for the province of Leinster,
The said examinant beeinge duly sworne & examined sayth that shee did meet one Ambrose Conor who now is In prisson is this examinant hath heard, & in his hand hee had a with which hee sayd should hang mary Bux, who was servant to George fiz Gearald of Ciggins towne, the the tyme that she soe mett him was about may in the first yeer of the Rebbellyon, & this examinant further sayth that shee heard off very many that the sayd Ambrose did hang the said mary Bux, & that her Corps was throwne in to a Pitt off water, & further sayth not.
