Depositions taken Concerning Daniell o Carroll of Ballinmountine in the Barrony of Ballybritt in the Kings County & Province of Lenster gent in the yeare 1641
Richard Blackwell of Mallow Aged 40 yeares being Duly sworne & Examined saith that hee Liued at Gurtines, in the aforesaid Barrony County & province, in the yeare aforesaid &c.
That hee Knew the said Carroll to bee in Actuall in Armes in the yeare aforesaid, against the English
The Cause of this Deponents knowledge is, that hee the said Carroll and a party of Armed men with him plundered and tooke from him, all The goodes hee had and the goodes & Chattles of severall other English inhabitants that were in that towne,
