The examinacion of Lievtennant Anthony Rudd taken on the parte and behalfe of the Comonwealth in the presents of vs whose names are herevnto subscribed the Thirtieth daie of Aprill 1653 against Turrance Coughlen prisoner
This deponant saith that hee beeinge resident in the Towne of Kinge Curry about the latter end of September last was informed by John McEdmond <A> Caughlan Liveinge neere the said Ca Towne, that Turrance Caughlen in the tyme of his Rebellion Protection did releive the Enemy with Armes and Ammunicion & sent them to Malecke And this deponent further saith that aboute the same tyme this deponent found in the Garden of the said Turrance Caughlan and in his house buryed one hundred and fiftie Armes and many Bullett Moules the number this deponent cannot well remember and further saith not.
