The Examinacion of Robertt Cusacke brother to Walter Cusacke of Rat hregan of Deingen in the aforesaid County taken the day & year afforesaid
The said Robert beeing duly sworne & Examined by vertue of his oath sayth that he doth know Edward Wisly of the Deingen theis eight yeares past of the last march & that this Examinate beeing then in the house of Richard Gowney in the Dengen aforesaid <B> on St Patr day at night in the yeare 1644that the afforesaid Edward Wisly brought in in his hand about midnight a Coat or Cloacke made of frise his Master Edward Garrett Wisly lately deceased then demanding of the said Edward where he was all night who made answear that he was shifting or seeking for himselfe the price of knife & saying also that this was the Coat of an English soulder which I meaning himselfe knoct in the head about Longwood who will never Complayne of mee further sayth that theis words were vtterd in the presence of Robert Taath Gerrott Wisly who are both dead & Robert Mc ne marrow now liveing & that this Examinant slept that night of Leonard Cusacke of the Deingan aforesaid & further sayth that he never heard nor knew that the said Edward Wisely did kyll did kyll any man only by his own Confession as aforesaid
