Wee the vndernamed doe heereby testefie and are ready to depose that one Bryan fearrald heere in restraynt, and ready to be released did lately in our hearring Confess that he kneewe the authors of all the murders Committed within ten <A> myles of him in the beginning of the rebellionen, and that the said authors goe free vnquestioned: And that one of the Chyfest of them Murderers is Nowe walkeing free the streetes of Dublin, and noething said to him, and that he kneewe the said Murderers to haue murdered two boyes and that a thyrd boye was saved and bought as a slaue: And wee desyre that the said fferralld may be continued in this restraynte vntill he shall enforme agaynst the said Murderers etc: accordeing to his said acknowlegement before vs
