All that Bartholomew Nangle Can depose or alleadge against Rory mcGerrald fferrall Lisagh mcGerrald fferrall and James mcShane ffarrell is as followeth viz
That Rorie mcGerrald fferrall Lisagh mcGerrald fferrall and James mcShane fferrall weare Commaunders att the Towne of Longford and then and there stiled and Called Captains that at the time when the English weare there Murthered the foresaid parties weare in the streete of the said Towne and as this deponent beleeueth might suppresse the actors of that murder and hinder it if they and those they Comaunded weare pleased to indeavor the same That as he this deponent is Credibly informed the said parties before named doe now liue in the North att a place Called Castle nedwo <mcSwiny’s Towne> in a County Called Downegall which is all this deponent knoweth or heareth of them as wittnes his hand the first of July 1653
