The within named Bartholomew Nangle being demanded what further discouerye hee can make in the behalfe of the Comon wealth of any of the Murtherers at the Massacre committed at Longford in the first yeare of the Rebellion of the Irish sayth that on or about the fourteenth day of this instant August hee this examinant being then at Tirlicken in the Countye of Longford being the dwelling house of Mr John fferrall was then and there informed by Gerald Betagh living at Tirlicken aforesaid That hee the said Gerald was told by John Nugent Esquire one of the old Earle of westmeathe his sonnes that Connell Cam fferrall in this Examinants former examinacions mencioned was then living in the borders of the County of Cavan in an Island neere Loughgowny and that hee was newly married and had foure Cowes of his owne And further hee cannot depose but adviseth that a warrant may be sent downe to the Gouernor of St Johns Towne (being the next adiacent Guarrison) for the apprehending of the said Connell Cam and hee the said Examinant offereth his service to accompany the said warrant and endeavor the effectuall servi putting the same ex in execucion
