James Peirce of Ballell gent deposeth concerning the aforesaid George Cheevers;
That hee the said George Cheevers was in Armes & did Comaund some Armed men as a Capt: at & against the English, for the Irish, Acting at duncannon about Easter after the Rebellion, & at the fight where many of the English were <w> killed of the Lo: Ormonds Armie at Ballebegg ffurther deposeth not but to the cause of his knowledge that hee sawe the said George at both those Places
