That hee is Confident the said Tho: fitz Harris was in Armes in the Somer after the Rebellion <e> with the Irish forces that laye before the fort of Duncannon, & his sonne Walter Acting against the English, & saith That hee hath bee Credibly beene informed that the said Tho: fitz Harris had some prey share of a preye that was brought out of the County of Waterford belonging to some English who lived in that County or in the County of Kilkenny
