The Examinacion of Robert Browne taken in behalfe of the Comonwealth concerninge Thomas ffitzharris aforesaid
To the whole interrogatoryes this deponent sath that the said Thomas had a foote Company in the Countye of Waxford about th Cristmasse 1641 and was actually in the seruice of the Irish against the English at the forte of Duno Duncanon in the aforesaid yeare, and fort his Cause of Knowledge is in that this deponent saw the said Thomas and his Company at the tyme and place aforesaid, and farther <g> sath that about tweleth tyde followinge this deponent meett the said Thomas and parte Company part of his Company driuinge a prey of Cowes and Sheepe which this deponents Concea Conceaueth was plunder from Englishmen and that they were driuinge them towards the said Thomas his howse as he beleiueth
