John Whittie of Jenkstowne aged fforty five yeares deposeth Concerning John Browne of old Hall gent deceased ffather to the within named Richard Browne, & by vertue of his oath
Saith, that hee the said John Lived at old Hall at the begining of the Rebellion being the quarters of the Irish, & saith That hee the said John was of Collonel Brownes Company about Easter after the Rebellion, marching with them & in particuler at Duncanon when the said Collonel <s> Brownes & other Companyes laye before the same to keepe in the English therein with a sword by his side, ffurther saith not
