The examinacion of James Peirce of Ballell gent aged fortie yeares or thereabouts taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning Robert Busher of Ballechonnicke in the County of wexford gent
<To the 1st Inter> The Examinant deposeth that the said Robert Busher dwelt at Ballechonnicke in the County aforesaid in the Irish quarters the first yeare & the residue of the rebellion & did not thence remooue into the english quarters as Nicholas Row a protestant distant three miles <u> from the said Roberts habitacion did His cause of knowledge is for that the deponent was oftentimes during the rebellion at the said Bushers howse at Ballechonicke aforesaid
<To the 2d inter> Hee Cannot depose
<To the 3d inter> The deponent saith that he is very Confident that the said <w> Robert did contribute his share of publicque taxes in the first yeare of the rebellyon & sithence,
<To the 4th inter> The deponent saith that he did see the said Robert did acte at a meeting of the barronyes of fforth & Bargie at a place Called Horetowne distant eight miles from wexford at <x> which time & place the said Robert had a sword & pike & from thence the forces of them barronyes went against the Ld of Ormond & Joyned with others who fought with him at a place called Ballibegg neere Rosse about ffebr or March 1642 but whether the said Busher marched to or was at the fight the deponent doth not know
