The Examination of William Stafford Gentleman taken in behalfe of the Commonwealth conserninge Patricke Sinott of Balletrent Gentleman desessesd
<to the first interro:> Sath that the said Sinott did in the first yeare of the warr Liue at Balletrent aforsaid and did Liue at the said place till his death which was since the Lord Croomwells accesse to this Gouerment It beinge then in the Irish <i> Quarters, and sath that the said Patricke Codd might haue remoued himeselfe into the English Quarters as well as mr Nickolas Codd his Neighbo[ ] Neighbore but not without some preiudice losse of his Estate

<to the 3 interro:> that he is very Confident that the said Sinott did actually Contirbute in the publicke <k> taxes as others of the Countrye for the maintainance of the Irish forces in the first yeare
