The Examinacion of Morris Neale of Ross aged about 60 yeares taken in the behalfe of the Lord Protector and Comon Wealth of England duly sworne and examined deposeth as foll against the seuerall persons whose names are incerted in the Margint Proprieters of houses and smale parcells of Lands in and about Ross <Tho: Motley, Tho. Knowles, James Dormer, Marc ffitzharis, Mart Archer, Paule Duff, John Curtis, Tho Keneday, Will: Barwich, Rich: Duff, John Routh>
1 Int To the first Inter hee saith that the seuerall persons whose names are in the Margint inserted did <y> live in the Towne of Ross in the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence, and did not remove into the English Quarters as other English & Protestants did except only Thom Knowles who removed for feare of the plauge & there dyed in the County of Caterlagh
2 Inter To the second hee camot depose
3 Inter To the third hee saith that the aforenamed persons did pay all publique Levies imposed vppon <z> them during the first yeare of the Rebellion & sithence
