John ô Murrow of Maglasse yeoman aged fifty eight yeares or thereabouts deposeth [ th ] Concerning the foresaid william Keating of Tillabardes gent, that the said william was in actuall Armes about Christmas 1641: acting and abetting the rebellyon against the english, in the Capacity of a priuate souldyer (in the Company and vnder the Comand of Collonel william Browne with and among the Irish that beseiged Duncannon <i> forte, in which Company the deponent sometime serued & did see the said william then & there in Armes and further saith not &c
