The Examinacion of Arthur Cheeuers {of} Ballimadder gent aged thirty six yeares or therabo{u}ts taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning William Keating of Tillabards in the County of Wexford gentleman
<To the first Inter> The Examinant Deposeth & saith that the said William dwelt at Tillabardes in the County of Wexford in the Irish quarters the first yeare & the whole time of the rebellyon, from whence he did not remooue into the english quarters, as Nicholas Row a protestant whose <b> Residence was within halfe a mile to the said william did the deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent dwelt very neere to the said william Keating
<To the 2d inter> Hee Cannot depose
<To the 3d & 4th inter> The deponent saith that the said William did act & abet the rebellyon against the english, in the said first yeare & before the 10th of Nouember 1642: His cause of knowledge is for that the deponent did see the said william <c> Actually in Armes, at or about Christmas 1641: with and among the Irish then blocking & keeping in the Lord Esmond, & the english vnder his Comand, in Duncannon forte, but knowes of noe office Ciuill or millitary that the said william then or since had,
